Styles of art include everything from landscapes, art deco, street scenes, ethnic art, abstracts, florals - the list goes on and on. Also some of our artwork by our artists is only sold exclusively through us.

How does Personal Preference protect the personal information I provide?

We employ standard industry measures to protect and ensure the confidentiality of your personal information, including the use of firewalls and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Through these measures your credit card, name, expiration date and billing information are encrypted, to prevent others from reading your personal information.

How do I purchase an electronic gift certificate?
|

To purchase an electronic gift certificate, simply click on “Gift Certificates” in the Art Gallery Section. Then, choose the denomination of the gift certificate amount that you would like to purchase, add it to your Shopping Cart, and complete the checkout process.

When will I receive the electronic gift certificate and how will it be sent?

Your electronic gift certificate is sent to you, via e-mail, immediately after the checkout process is complete.
|

Can I purchase an electronic gift certificate as a gift for another person?
|
| |
Electronic gift certificates may be purchased as a gift for another person. Upon payment for an electronic gift certificate, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your electronic gift certificate and redemption information. There are three ways for your recipient to receive their gift certificate. You can forward the e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address of the person you are giving it to, print the electronic gift certificate and present it to the recipient or provide the recipient with the electronic gift certificate code. We prefer to send the e-mail confirmation to you, so you can personalize a message and forward it to the recipient at the appropriate time.

How do I redeem my electronic gift certificate?

When placing your order, during the checkout process you will be prompted for payment. This page includes a field where you can enter your electronic gift certificate code.

If my purchase is more than the amount of my electronic gift certificate, how do I pay the balance?
|

If your order exceeds the amount of your electronic gift certificate, a credit card is required to pay the balance. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Does my electronic gift certificate hold its remaining value if I do not use the entire amount in one purchase?
|

If your order amount is less than the electronic gift certificate, the gift certificate will retain any unused balance and can be used on a future purchase.

Will my electronic gift certificate expire?
|

Yes. Electronic gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 12 months from the date of issuance. Expiration dates do not apply in any state where prohibited by law.

How do I replace a lost electronic gift certificate?

Treat your electronic gift certificate like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen electronic gift certificates. Can I exchange my gift certificate for cash?

No. Personal Preference, Inc. electronic gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or refund.

I used an electronic gift certificate to purchase an item that I am returning; can I receive my money back?

If you make a purchase with an electronic gift certificate and you return the item for refund, we will issue you a new gift certificate for the refund amount.
|

Will I receive acknowledgment for the electronic gift certificate I purchased?
|
| |
Yes. After purchasing an electronic gift certificate, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with information on your purchase and how to redeem the electronic gift certificate.

I purchased an electronic gift certificate and did not receive an e-mail with gift certificate information.

If we are unable to deliver your electronic gift certificate, due to an incorrect e-mail address, we will contact you for the correct address. If you do not receive a call from us and have not received your electronic gift certificate by e-mail, please call our Customer Service Department at (630)226-0700.

Can I use my electronic gift certificate in conjunction with an online promotion?

Promotional discounts may not be used to purchase electronic gift certificates, however you may use a promotional discount when making a purchase using an electronic gift certificate for payment.

What is a card security code?
|
| |
The "csc" is the last 3 digits in the row of numbers printed along the signature line on the back of the credit card(Visa, Discover, Mastercard). This 3-digit number is required in order to obtain credit card authorization. American Express users look for the 4-digit code printed on the front of your card just above and to the right of your main credit card number. This 4-digit code is your Card Security Code.

How will my package be shipped?

We send our shipments through United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer both UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day shipping methods. When placing an order, you can choose which of these services best fits your needs. Orders for catalogs will be shipped U.S.P.S.

Can I make a purchase if I live outside the U.S.?

No. We currently do not offer shipments to countries other than the United States.

Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box or an APO?
|

A package addressed to a P.O. Box may experience delays in shipping and UPS will not cover these types of deliveries with their UPS Service Guarantee. For this reason, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office addresses are also not acceptable.

How do I know that my order has shipped and where can I find information on my expected delivery date?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and e-mail link to United Parcel Service (UPS), where you may track your shipment and obtain estimated delivery information.

What should I do if I haven't received my order, but it shows that it has shipped?

The shipping and delivery information provided by UPS, is an estimate and varies by location.
